Insurance:

Services may be covered fully or partially by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Services are generally always covered when utilizing an HSA or FSA. It is strongly advised to review your coverage carefully by inquiring the following:

Do I have mental health insurance benefits out of network?

What is my deductible and has it been met?

What is the coverage amount per session?

Is approval required from my primary care physician?

Important to note:

Please be aware that the term “patient” is used to refer to people using their insurance benefits as insurance companies always require a patient to be given a mental health diagnosis on each claim filed for any and all mental health service(s) received.

However, a mental health diagnosis is never required for clients not utilizing insurance.

Payment:

Payment is due at the time services are rendered. Check, cash, private Venmo, Zelle, credit as well as HSA/FSA cards are all acceptable forms of payment.

There is a $25.00 service charge for all returned checks.

Cancellation Policy:

Missed appointments and late cancellations are charged unless adequate notice is given per fee sheet as others are often turned away and adequate notice must be received in order to have sufficient time to fill a time slot.
