Therapy for Adults

You may be doing well in many areas of your life and still find yourself struggling with something you can’t quite put into words.

I offer individual therapy for adults who want the time and space to understand what’s underneath the surface, with depth, discernment, and a thoughtful pace.

In‑person in Houston and virtual across Texas

I offer in‑person sessions in Houston and virtual sessions for adults across Texas. While both formats are available, I particularly value the depth and immediacy of in-person work.

Mini-intensive and Intensive sessions are offered for established clients depending on what’s needed and what’s possible at the time.

Thoughtful, deliberate therapy

This work is best suited for people who appreciate a thoughtful approach and don’t need crisis management but do need a place where their experience is met with precision and respect.

Many people come in with anxiety, depression, or a sense of emotional strain, but the work we do together focuses on understanding these experiences and how they fit into the broader context of your life.

If you’re unsure whether this work is right for you, contact me to explore whether it’s a good fit.

What People Often Bring First to Therapy

Couples Therapy

I work with couples who want to strengthen a meaningful relationship and move through periods of change with greater understanding and connection.

This work is often a fit for couples who are generally functioning well and committed, but find themselves needing support with communication, closeness, or navigating something difficult together, such as grief, family transitions, increased stress, or life events that place strain on the relationship.

The focus is not crisis stabilization or urgent repair. The work often involves slowing down enough to understand one another more clearly, notice what has been influencing each of you, and strengthen the relationship while moving through difficult seasons.

My role is not to take sides. I help us pay attention to each partner’s history, current stressors, and the ways these experiences influence your relationship. Together, we slow the conversation enough for both of you to understand one another more clearly, recognize what has been influencing each of you, and see what becomes possible with greater clarity.
